鍋爐安全閥消聲器是以針對中高頻噪聲為主，且消減噪聲的同時(shí)不能影響安全閥的起座和回座，所以TA系列安全閥排汽消聲器我們采用了通孔擴(kuò)容降壓結(jié)合阻聲吸音的消聲原理，其中以通孔擴(kuò)容降壓代替小孔噴注，在結(jié)構(gòu)上遙遙安全閥排汽時(shí)順暢，復(fù)合式阻聲吸音罩及阻聲吸音片的結(jié)構(gòu)能夠地吸收剩余中高頻噪聲；TA系列安全閥排汽消聲器采用了由通孔擴(kuò)容降壓管及小孔噴射放散殼體構(gòu)成。擴(kuò)容降壓管將汽流分注，經(jīng)此噪音衰減并減少聲音的再次產(chǎn)生。小孔噴射放散殼體是用不銹鋼加工鉆孔的具有眾多小孔的小孔元件，把具有寬頻帶的排汽噪聲推向人耳不敏感的遙遙高頻區(qū)域，并加速聲音的衰減。
鍋爐安全閥排汽消聲器安裝須知
（1）鍋爐安全閥排汽消音器應(yīng)垂直于爐頂安裝，用型鋼支架將消聲器固定支座或落地支腿與爐頂相固定。
（2）為增加爐頂高空的抗風(fēng)能力，對于體形較大消聲器應(yīng)采用支承式，及在消聲器前的排汽管裝一段膨脹彎管以吸收熱脹。
（3）安全閥排汽消聲器下部的排水口應(yīng)暢通接到地溝，不應(yīng)裝配閥門。
（4）安全閥排汽消聲器裝在爐頂平臺(tái)，對于TA系列抗噴阻消聲器及FHX系列復(fù)合式消聲器排汽出口在頂部，應(yīng)用薄板(不銹鋼板、鍍鋅鋼板)制作防雨罩一只及周邊加裝防護(hù)網(wǎng)罩。
（5）安全閥或排汽閥與消聲器這間的排汽管道上應(yīng)沒有疏水點(diǎn)。
（6）對于TA系列小孔消聲器，安裝前應(yīng)以防小孔堵塞，如新裝的鍋爐或恢復(fù)遙遙檢修，運(yùn)行前應(yīng)先安裝吹管集粒器，沖管消聲器對管路系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行吹管，清除管道內(nèi)的雜物。
（7）原則上一只安全門配一只消聲器。對雙座式安全門應(yīng)在安裝時(shí)將排汽管合并成一根排汽管與消聲器連通。
